If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return window from the date of purchase, during which you may return the product for a full refund. To be eligible for a return and full refund: The document must be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase. The Document should be in its original packaging and in the same condition as when you received it. Proof of purchase is required for the return. Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. Please contact our customer service team at support@mnsvtranslator.com to initiate the return process and receive further instructions. Once the product is received and inspected, we will process the refund back to the original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after the return is processed.
